People in Korea always think about Unification. Korea is the only divided country since 1990 when the Berlin barrier was destroyed. For a long time, Korea unification has been discussed, but it was failed because there are lots of difference between North Korea and South Korea. However, Korea unification is still considered now, then some people agree with this resolution and some people disagree with it. I'm on the affirmative side, so I strongly believe that North and South Korea should reunify. There are lots of problem when Korea do not reunify. First, Korea men have to go to army. Then, they can't contribute to economy. Second, Korea people will always live in a danger of the war. Third, there are a lot of separated families in Korea. Then what is the advantage when Korea unify? South Korea's technology and North Korea's resource meet and it can contribute to our economy enormously. Second, Korea can contribute to world peace. Now, Korea is the only divided country in the world, so people in Korea always scare about the war, but if Korea unify, we don't have to scare about it. Besides these benefits, there are a lot of advantage when Korea reunify, so I strongly agree with this resolution.

Now, Korea is divided country, but I think Korea should reunify.
Everyone Knows that Korea is divided country and Korea is hard to unify because of difference of ideology, level of economy and so on. North Korea is a socialism and South Korea is a democracy. Like these differences, there are a lot of obstacles to unify, however there are a lot of reasons we have to unify because of peace, economy, separated families and so on. For a long time, world peace has been threatened by North Korea. Also, South Korea is advanced country, but North Korea is one of the poorest countries in the world, so when Korea reunify, South's technology and North's resource will meet and it makes Korea one of the richest country in the world. Moreover, there are a lot of separated families in Korea, but this problem can be solved by unifying Korea.

My thesis statement is Korea should reunify because of economy, peace, separated family and so on. Korea is the only divided country, so there are many problems caused from it such as danger of the war, separated family and so on. I think the peace of Korea is threatened because Korea is divided. These days, the  anxiety on Korea is being intensified. These days, North Korea often provoke a war by experimenting their nuclear or launching their bomb. Also because Korea is divided, Korean men have to go to army. I think it is a really big loss to our country. Young men have to work hard to improve our economy, however they can't because we are divided and we don't know when the war will begin. The only way to solve this problem is reunifying. Second, separated families is existed only in Korea. There are many people who can't see their family anymore when they split. North and South is holding the meeting of separated families, but the frequency of this meeting is too low. Therefore, the solution of this problem is also reunifying. Third, when Korea unify, economy will be developed enormously. South has technology and North has resources, so when we reunify, it will make huge synergy.

My thesis is Korea should reunify, but this resolution is so sensitive topic, many people have dealt with this topic. Although I support this resolution, but there are people who disagree with my idea and oppose to reunifying. They can say it is hard to unify our ideology socialism and democracy. Since Korea was divided, South Korea has been democracy and North Korea has been Socialism and dictatorship. North Korea is the only socialism and dictatorship country. Therefore, it is hard to our unify and when we use military force when we unify, the Korea war will occur again. Second, when we reunify, we have to pay a lot of unity expense. South is much richer than North Korea, so South have to pay most of unity expense for environment, separated families and so on. When East Germany and West Germany unify in 1990, the gap of scale of wealth between East and West was too large. West Germany's economy was really aggravated because of East Germany, so people can worry about that point, but I think North's economic potential is really big. They have a lot of resources, but they don't have skill to develop it, so when Korea reunify, these problems can be solved.

Korea is divided because of USA and Russia, but now without their force, Korea is still divided country. There are lots of problem caused from divided country such as economy, peace and separated families I mentioned and the only way to solve those problems is reunifying. There is a famous saying in Korea. When we share happiness, it will be double, when we shard sadness or difficulty, it will be half. Korea was a single-race nation, so I think if Korea reunify, our weak point will be half and strong point will be double. Some people in South Korea think reunifying is damage to their country, but I think reunifying will be turningpoint to Korea. By reunifying, Korea can be advanced country in the world. As South Korea has shown the miracle of Seoul in 1970s, I think we can overcome any difficulty when we reunify, so I hope that Korea can be the strongest country in the world and to be one.
